You have ambitions but no training yet to work in childcare? We offer a program for interns/trainees who would like to get in touch with this wonderful profession - with the guarantee of an apprenticeship after 1 year.
Do you already feel ready and have you been able to gain initial experience? Then apply directly for an apprenticeship as a childcare specialist Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ (ENG/DEU).

You will work in a beautiful location where every detail has been thought of. With the most creative materials for children, but also with the best facilities for employees. You will be working with a team of the best, most professional and fun colleagues who just like you want to bring out the best for children, parents and themselves. You'll provide structure and tranquility for the children in the group. There is also plenty of room for development and growth. You can actively contribute your own ideas and thus contribute to our highest quality standards.

Our bilingual groups are the perfect place to learn about our pedagogical vision. We believe that children can already do a lot on their own. We challenge children, stimulate their imagination and teach them to think in a solution-oriented way. This makes them resilient and ready for the future!

But how do we do that? A few examples: We work with passive toys at our sites. Blocks or balls, for example, stimulate the child's own creativity. As an intern or apprentice, you prepare the rooms in the group with passive materials. The children can stack, collect, sort, and imitate. The children explore the materials in their own way and at their own pace! You also let the children make their own choices and do things within their means. Toddlers choose which cracker to eat and what to top it with. After they eat, they clean their own faces with a washcloth and a mirror. Because by letting them make their own decisions and do things themselves, you build their self-confidence.

• You have a genuine interest in child development and have a Sec. A or Sec. B degree.
• You are energetic, upbeat and reliable. You have good empathy, are responsible and helpful. You enjoy working in a team and are eager to learn. 
• You speak very good German and / or English.
