Our Trainings
Our employees benefit from many training opportunities and amazing team events, so that they can always develop further and grow together with the team.
In-house training
In-house training days are held on a regular basis. Our teams immerse themselves in important topics (e.g. pedagogy, communication or cooperation) and learn how to put them into practice. Fun is also never neglected. There are always great activities planned, such as yoga, breakfast and lunch together, or even excursions with paintball or into nature, to strengthen team spirit.
External trainings
In order to meet our high quality objectives, our teams must master a measure of qualifications. Akidemy regularly invites external specialists to provide professional training to the teams. For example, our employees regularly attend emergency courses or trainings on child safety. In this way, our teams are also prepared for critical situations.
Online Webinars
Our employees also have the opportunity to participate in interesting online webinars, on topics like "Multilingual Education", or "Toddler Tantrums", to improve their pedagogical skills and broaden their knowledge base. These webinars are held in-house by Akidemy, or in collaboration with external experts, and take place on a regular basis.
